Condenser Coil, Evaporator Coil, Operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge, all electrical connections, voltage and amperage on motors-compressors and electric heat compared to factory ratings, condensate drain and clear with vacuum or compressed air, clean condensate pump if applicable, air filters - will change if customer has filter, starting capabilities/test capacitors, contactors
Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
Measure temperature difference

And clean evaporator coil with no rinse coil cleaner, & rinse condenser coil, operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge, all electrical connections, amperage on motors-compressors and electric heat compared to factory ratings, clean condensate pump if applicable, contactor, starting capabilities/test capacitors.
Clear condensate drain with vacuum or compressed air, if needed clean with Drain Solve alkaline-based drain opener

Add Algae condensate drain tablets if applicable.
